Soon to get my first ever Kilt, suggestions on how to mix up the looks?

Hi all new to the forum, so I'll start by saying I'm pleased to be here!

So as a quick note, I'll soon be buying my first ever Kilt being part of Clan Dhonnachaidh, Ill be opting for the Modern Hunting Robertson (I was thinking between that and the ancient but I think to start it'll be the modern). When I do get it I plan to start by getting a Braemar Grey tweed jacket and waist coat to go with it (at a later date ill get a dress jacket when an occasion requires it). I just wanted to ask from a humble perspective, further ways you would all go about mixing this up for different occasions in the future. Dr eaxmple other tweed jackets to go with this tartan? what different colours Hose (and what goes with them).... I ask because most people Just hire kilts, and when I have my own I look forward to styling it!

And please bare in mid this is all to match the Dark blues and greens of the Modern Hunting Robertson...
