I don't think there really is anything wrong with white hose. It's just that some of the rabble don't like them. If it truly was a no-no, then the companies that make them in Scotland wouldn't make them. But that is just my opinion just like they have theirs. Only I agree I don't believe I have ever heard truly why it is a no-no.
