    looking to buy my first kilt help

    I am getting married soon. I have never had a kilt. Always promised my mother I would get married in a kilt. I am 47 and this is my first wedding. So she has waited a long time. Any help I would appreciated. Confused about regimental and stripes. 6 ft 2 285 looking a Mackinnon modern red. Also I live in Florida so it is hot most of the time.
