Heavy weight Isle of Mull isn't commercially woven. It can be custom woven, but it is a copyrighted tartan. The owner of the copyright is more than willing, however, to be asked for permission to authorize a custom weave, and the compensation she asks is very reasonable. That Isle of Mull tartan is gorgeous. I tried to obtain some of that about 2 years ago and spent several weeks hunting it down to no avail. I know the STA listing says it is available for sale in the Natural History Museum, so I'll take a look. I would have to look through old correspondence for certainty but I was pretty certain the previous reseller was no longer in business.
