Dear Rabble,

This thread was begun on the 24th of August. On the 31st of August a flag was raised against this thread quoting a possible Rule #10 violation. A second flag was raised for the same possible Rule #10 violation on September 3.

The Moderators discussed this thread and the flag at length. The results of these deliberations are that this thread is a violation of Rule #10, in that the stated intent of the thread was to raise funds.

If any member wishes to continue a Tartan design contest to design a Wildcat Tartan they may do so in another thread as long as the thread is kept to the Tartan design, but there can be no mention of fabric being woven for the purposes of, or fabric sales with the proceeds of, being used for fund raising in any way.
