My shell jacket conversion is (finally) finished.

So, I finally finished my shell jacket conversion a little while back. Just now got around to posting pictures here as I am rather busy with planting a new church in a building that needs extensive renovation. This shot was taken at the New Years eve party that we held in celebration of the new building. I'm standing next to the Christmas tree that the children's Sunday school class decorated. It looks better than me any day, but I'm happy with the jacket. You really can't see it in the picture, but the lighter blue accents are a color on color ivy patterned jacquard. I'm still playing with the versatility of it, but it seems to work for anything from business suit equivalent (though on the less conservative end) through black and white tie.
