I'd go along with what Colin, John and Father Bill said here.
You should pick a regular business tie and not necessarily a solid colour to match anything else in the outfit. A nice club stripe is smart looking without being too loud. If you don't have a patterned shirt like Colin recommends, a light blue shirt a la Duke of Rothsay is a nice alternative.
As mentioned, the sealskin sporran you have pictured is a very nice example of a full formal evening wear sporran. If it's all you have, you can certainly wear it, but in tweed, a leather flap style sporran would be preferable.
The flash and hose choice is very nice indeed. Be sure to polish your shoes. I wouldn't worry about your kilt pin placement, it's a matter of personal choice with plenty of precedent for many configurations.
