Still waiting on the mailman for this one, but in the meantime....
I've found this mystery outfit also offers matching sgians for each of their 3 styles (early, 18th C, Victorian) in brown and black.
Here, for instance, is the "late 18th C" that would match the dirk I have coming. I may jump on one if I'm satisfied with the metallurgy in the dirk.
Now, forgive me, since I've never had a "real" sgian, but isn't 8" kind've huge? I like the size of my Cold Steel Secret Edge, and it's only 6.5". The handle is what looks like is oversized, and might could be disassembled and cut down by an inch or so from the bottom side...
