    Christmas Blessings

Christmas, and all festivals start, according to the church, at sunset, so as the day moves on, it is Christmas day for many of us - for some, earlier than perhaps you thought!

Whether or not you are Christian by faith, the story of this feast day is about love, kindness, obedience to God (or the greater need if you see it that way). It is about caring for one another. It is about opening our hearts not only to give, but also to receive, humbly and gratefully.

The Christmas story is about community, family, and sharing, and all of the values, ideals, principles, and tenets that can make us good people in the depths of our hearts.

And so, to all of my friends here in this virtual community, I wish you health, happiness, peace, contentment, and all the blessings of this life. Share with one another, and accept gratefully and with humility the benefits of being a caring community.

Merry Christmas, and my blessing to you all!
