If it were me, I would not part with a penny for a jacket without first having it properly fitted by the tailor at his premises, wherever that might be. Expensive disappointment lurks if you don't.

Absolutely agree Jock. If were me I'd have one made by either Campbells of Beauly or Humes of Kelso. Humes made me an outfit last year, it's superb and will last for years.
