OK,
So I've been calling around and not had any luck finding anyone with a medium or heavy weight wool tartan fabric in Colorado State Tartan.

I'm going to be going to Scotland later this year and am seriously considering having a mill run a bolt enough for a 8yd for me, and plenty for my wife to have a skirt or dress and some for accessories, also keep some for another kilt for when we have children.

Is there anyone here on the forum that would be interested in splitting some yards to save on the run at the mill?

If anyone can chime in on experience with the different mills on small runs I'd like to know. Right now I'm leaning towards Dalgleish, they seem to be the most reasonable for small runs. But I'll be in Edinburgh and would be just down the street from the Tartan Weaving Mill, but I've heard their minimum run can be quite large. I really open to any mill with a good reputation.
