Reproduction Fraser (Or Similar Red) Images/Guidance
Hi
I currently have a Fraser Modern Red but I've always wanted something with colours which are a bit less in your face. I've been doing my research and I'm really leaning towards the Reproduction version offered by DC Dalgleish. I've had swatches of the Muted, Ancient and Weathered from various mills but can't get the reproduction from DC Dalgleish.
I've tried to do as much research as I can and most often ended up on this forum so I thought I may as well join and ask the experts directly. Does anyone have any images of the Fraser Reproduction from DC Dalgleish or another Reproduction tartan which uses the same red?
If not can anyone tell me how it compares to the other variations. What attracted me to the Reproduction colours was that they were toned down but the red was darker than the Ancient which is more orangey. Is this an accurate description?
Any advice that could be offered would be really appreciated. I have a sister who's getting angrier by the day that I haven't ordered my new kilt for her wedding yet!
