Well Hamish, I just finshed supper with Haggis, 'neeps and tatties' and "a wee dram". The wife shared my feast with some shortbread to finish things off. The perfect finish to a totally non-eventful day here in Texas.

Everytime I do haggis she has a little more so she is developng a slight 'taste' for it. Although she will not do the 'single malt' thing she is coming along.

I must confess to a slight variation...some BBQ sauce on the haggis, but after all...I'm in Texas you know!
