Does Teflon Coating a Wool Kilt affect Breathability?
i'm given the option of teflon or not for the kilt, & we've read the great success stories of how clean the kilts stay after teflon treatment, but I'm wondering if it affects breathability? I ask because in the past, wrinkle-free treatments on wool (like on suits) have had issues with being very unbreathable.
If there is even some reduced breathability I probably will have to forego it, but I'd like your thoughts. Most comments deal with the water repellent characteristics only.
Thanks, if any of you have both teflon & no teflon kilts in same weight/weave it would be good for you to share experiences.
