Would anyone on this forum have a recommendation for a vendor or tailor who makes crotal (or very nearly toned) kilt jackets?

For as popular as it once was, it seems to be rather elusive, most likely owing to the challenges of its production. Nonetheless, I'd imagine there must be dyes that approximate such a tonality.
