Question Demands of bride and groom in Finland

Two of my very loved one's are going to be married.

That's ok, but they also made an ultimatum: I have to wear a kilt, with Prince Charlie jacket and 5-button waistcoat and a cloak. And they are getting me a staff like Gandalf the Grey in Peter Jackons movies (ok, I have been smoking a pipe last twenty years so pipe comes with me). And I have to make a speech. Well, the speech is not my biggest concern, I'm more concerned about my outfit. Heritage of Scotland tartan kilt and scottish thistle in beltbuckle, cufflinks, sgian dubh and sporran. Night blue cloak.

I do not have a scottish heritage and I'm proud to be finnish who dears to use a kilt. But is it okay?

//sorry if this a wrong place to start discussion of this topic, please set it right.
