Pakistani Balmoral tartan?

I find it offensive that they would dare to market it in this country, and use the Balmoral name.

it does say "Clan Balmoral" so maybe that is a traditional pattern from the Acrylic Clans of the highlands of Pakistan where sheep fear to tread?
