Whisky Heritage Center
On the topic of fine whisky, I'd recommend that everyone who goes to Edinburgh makes a stop at the Whisky Heritage Center, on the Royal Mile near Edinburgh Castle.
I wasn't a whisky drinker when I walked in, but I walked out with a great appreciation of the many varieties of that fine beverage and, let's face it, with quite a lot of whisky in me.
I wish I could remember all the varieties we had there, but suffice to say they have it all at some level.
