The Tipsy Laird
Well, I have mentioned that I have turned my garage into a Scottish pub in the past, but only Hamish, Raphael, Bear, and Dave W. have actually seen it (excluding regular visitors of course). The story is that one of my neighbors moved to Canada from London (originally from Mauritus) and turned his basement into an English pub (The London Bobby). So a few of us other folks in the neighborhood have also added pubs to our units. We have an English pub, a Scottish pub, a Sports bar, a cafe, and an Irish pub is in the works. We can now do a pub crawl without spending a dime and without the use of a vehicle.
Anyhow, here are a few pictures of the Tipsy Laird:
Whisky selection
view 1 showing the tartan wall, whisky bar, chess set, etc
rock wall and security system
All are welcome and the price of admission is a dram of malt, a fine cigar, or a six pack of guinness or tennents
