Have talked about the WalMart hanger clips, bought by the bag, then duct taping half ounce fishing weights to each side. Keep getting feed back that it takes too long to use them.

Tonight, washed my black survival UK. Total time to take it out of the washer, shake it out, hang it up on three hangers on the shower rod, straighten the pleats by hand with a gentle tug, and attach a weighted clip to the bottom of 27 outer pleats was four minutes. Just taking my time, not rushing.

The kilt will dry with the pleats straight, uncurled, from the weight of the clips. No need to iron. Might take another minute to take the clips off the dry kilt and hang it up.

Five minutes seems like a lot less time than it would take to set up an ironing board, heat up an iron, and manhandle the pleats around the ironing board.

Sorry, don't mean to nag...just never before taken the time to pass on how quickly it is to get the kilt up and weighted for drying.
