kiltrental.com? other options?
My first post:
I might graduate this May with a BSc from a college where formal day attire is required at the convocation ceremony, and formal evening attire at the graduation ball. I would like to buy a full package - kilt, jacket, etc, but because I don't know whether this event will happen, and because I am broke, I am thinking that renting would be the way to go.
I would like to wear a Stewart tartan other than the Royal or Dress. Most of the rental agencies I have looked at have Royal Stewart and some other non-Stewart tartans. www.kiltrental.com has Hunting Stewart, which is not my first choice, but would be acceptable.
So, does anybody have any experience with kiltrental.com? I have done a site search that that didn't turn up anything, and google, epinions and ask.com all turned up nothing.
How about other rental companies in the US or Canada that have non-Royal, non-Dress Stewart tartans? I couldn't find any others.
