Vest inside or out?

I agree with the no tuck theory, which is already pretty well covered. But I also would like to help you with the cost part of the vests. I got a nice black vest with a back from a local tuxedo place that sells them after thier rental days are over. I think I paid $10 for it, I was also lucky enough to get a waist coat from them for $60, but if that isn't needed, the vest that you can pick up from a tux shop is great.
