Like you, Ron, I've been kilted 11 months- though not full time as I continue to work in trousers. I'm a mechanic and its a filthy job. I'd hate to have to scrub my legs up to the knees AS WELL as my hands to the elbows every day. If I were to wear a kilt to work (there'd be no problem with management) it would have to be a black kilt that was up to VERY frequent laundering. Monday is my day to feel like I've returned to prison. A weekend of full freedom always seems to exacerbate the confinement. The rest of the week I'm OK with trousers while working. But soon, maybe very soon, I'll have to look into some economical work kilts. Hmmmm....do USAK casuals come in black?
I've kilt for less.
