I think it takes a couple of drills to figure out exactly how to handle these situations - but you never know what curve balls people will send you. Now that I've read Robin's story, I will practice saying, "I will accept your offer on the condition that you delete your photograph for me now, otherwise I will speak to the manager of the establishment."
