X-Kilt protype #3, 'round the authors bum
OK, here's the revised and improved X-Kilt, in navy blue cotton/poly twill. This kilt incorporates suggestions about apron shaping and apron width put forth by X-Marks members. Those suggestions echo'd what I myself had thought, so it's great to get the confirmation, so to speak.

Aside from the waistband (which I'll be changing in kilt #4...the final prototype, and in the instructions) and the under-apron pleat depth, this is pretty much exactly what an X-Kilt should look like. This one looks a lot better than the canvas ones...#1 and #2, I think.
Man do I ever look grumpy in those pictures!**laughing** The last pic is a little bit fuzzy, not sure why. The plan is to take this kilt backpacking in a week and a half and see how it does.
