Dodged... that sounds like a major downer.
My wife has no problem with my kilts. Save for one:
She whines at me for not wearing them all that often (due to my lack of decent accessories). She hasn't expressed any distaste for them, but she gives me crap sometimes about wearing a "skirt" but it is done it humour, so I take no offense to it. She actually prompted me to wear one of my kilts to the ren-faire (at which there were lots of men running around in sh**** skirts), even though it wasn't entirely correct for the time period. Good times though.
