Derek, this is just fantastic. I too am looking forward to hearing more about the folklore - but I am especially interested in your reviews of the beers you had the opportunity to sample. As a homebrewer who is just starting his research before trying a cider I am VERY interested to hear if you had the "rough cider" mentioned on the board at the Bush Inn. If so, what was it like?
