What's all this talk of 16 oz. kilts? My 13 oz kilt is great, warm and toasty when the snow's flying up to my (where my knickers would be ), but today with temperatures around 5C, I was out with a 10oz poly/viscose and I was fine. I'm not on winter maneuvers in the Arctic. For the short time we have weather under -10C, it's not worth buying a 16 oz. kilt.
