I have fairly thick beard growth and apparently I have sensitive skin (at least on my neck.) I've tried a lot of different products over the years but the best combination I have found so far is Edge active care utra sensitive shave gel, Gillette Sensor 3 sensitive disposables, and Nivea sensitive after shave balm. These seem to strike a good balance of low price, lack of skin irritation, and length of use. Of course, I still have to shave with the grain and it really helps if I can shave every other day (usually can't do to work.)
