Thank you so much, gentlemen. After holding the kilt up beside my monitor display of Rocky's swatch, I can concur that it is indeed, MacBeth. Its a pity I didn't have it a month earlier so I could have attended the Vancouver Opera Association's season opening production of......Verdi's MacBeth in it! Its a lovely kilt, but I've only worn it a couple of times so far. You know how it is- at least once during a night on the town someone is going to ask you what tartan you're wearing, and I really do hold to the notion of having both a respect for, and some knowledge of the history of the tartans that I wear. Now to do some research on the MacBeth clan!
