I always keep at least 3 bottles of Scotch on hand - 2 for my 2 "mainstay" Scotches & 1 "rotational" bottle wherein I try a whisky that I haven't had before.

My 2 "mainstay" whiskies are Laphroaig 15 y.o. & Cragganmore 12 y.o.

Currently, my "rotational" Scotch is Clynelish 14 y.o.

I'm also quite partial to the only single malt made in my clan's area - Aberfeldy. I kinda think of it as the Donnachaidh (Robertson) clan's own whisky.

Honestly, I haven't tried a single malt Scotch Whisky, yet, that I actually dislike. Though, Glenfiddich 12 y.o. is the "McDonalds" of single malts to me; you know, a kind of bland, inoffensive, lowest-common-denominator type single malt Scotch meant to be acceptable to the widest possible audience. The Speyside 12 y.o. didn't really grab me either, but was just okay... Still, I'd take either of those over the blends I've tried (Famous Grouse, JW, etc.).
