Edinburgh ("Auld Reekie") Pictures #9
This is the last set of piccies of my recent visit.
But I have a whole new series of Scotland piccies to share after this!
This view is looking down at the Cowgate ("Coogate") from George IV Bridge.
This was Andrew making a pigs ear of me and Greyfriars Bobby. The story of Greyfriars Bobby has always been very dear to my heart and I always make a pilgrimage to see his statue when in Edinburgh.
This is my somewhat sharper shot of Andrew and Greyfriars Bobby.
A facial study of Edinburgh's most famous dog.
Another study.
And an unusual one to finish. These Indians were seen in all the frontier towns of the Wild West. This one is outside a Tobacconists in the Royal Mile.
