I have dutifully searched the forum on this question and only found Graham's reference to wearing overalls to paint his house.

I am on the board of directors of our local domestic violence agency. Last year we purchased a defunct charter school to use as a domestic violence shelter and offices. Its a cluster of six buildings. The contractor has finished the remodeling and I just received an email that its time to paint the six buildings starting at 0700 tomorrow.

They are all just one story buildings and I believe the painting is all inside work. I'd love to wear a kilt as usual but the only kilts I can think that I might risk getting latex paint on are my UK medical white original or my UK vegan off white workman's. They would become "painter's kilts." But once they had paint spots don't know if that would make them look "weird" or "jaunty."

My personal dilemna is that I don't have any pants that I'd wear to paint in either. Maybe its time for a trip to WalMarche' for a throw away pair of painter's pants.

Any advice or suggestions from the experts appreciated.
