I definitely understand where this is coming from... And I am so glad that there are affordable kilt makers out there who have an outstanding product (Rocky comes to mine... I love my USAK). It's not hard at all for me to say, "I want a kilt in this tartan and here it is on ebay for $50!" It's also not that hard for me to say, "For just a little bit more I can have Rocky (or his lovely wife) make me one heckuva kilt in that same tartan."

BTW, what did I miss with the whole pink/maroon/Panache thing? I've seen it in all kinds of threads recently and must admit... I'm stumped.
