We went to the MN Ren Faire on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007. I had an extra free ticket that we had won from another Ren Faire, and wanted to give it to a guy in a kilt, but there were very few kilties there, so I gave it to a random person waiting for tickets. At least he was in a costume.

During the parade of Ren Faire "workers" there were a few guys in kilts and a bag piper. One of the kilted guys ran over to me and hugged me and said, "Hello cousin, nice to see you here." I had on a white Jacobite shirt that my wife made, and my Buccleuch tartan kilt. Other than that there were very few in kilts that I saw, but another X marker found some and posted them. A few young boys stared at me and I got a few looks from others, but we still had fun.
