Sir, in Canada the per capita ratio of imbibing establishments is almost the same as coffee shop/person (which is currently 14.6:1). So it is entirely possible that not alll establishments are known. With the United States being in such close proxmity the Canadian populace has found being drunk and alert to be most favourable.
