And thanks for all of the tips. I do remember seeing a thread about the Stillwater pleat problem. Mine especially is pronounced because of how it's been folded in the bag. I really do need to give it a light pressing.

SteveB, thanks for the detailed reply. Very fascinating about the kilts that ride up like that. I was a little surprised at the feel of the waist band support area of the Thrifty compared to the Standard. I'm definitely looking forward to getting a kilted skirt made for me. I also look forward to the day we can get Christopher a nicer kilt (or more) as well as a few more SWK Standards (he loves that Nightstalker tartan). That would be an especially nice gift to himself once he finishes losing weight
