Shaving my SWK
I recently purchased a SWK in Leatherneck tartan used. It showed some minor pilling where the sporran and belt had sat. It was bothering me a little bit so I decided to try a old military trick for dealing with such things. Basically you just take a safety razor and shave your kilt. Shave up and down and side to side with very light pressure. It worked wonderfully and I now have a kilt that looks like new. There has been some discussion on how to deal with pilling, so I thought I might share what worked for me.
Cheers
Chuck
