And the seller you've posted sells wonderful tartan. You just have to be careful to check the weight. The one you show is fine (13-14 oz). He also sells 16 oz, which is even better. But he does sell some lighter weight tartan (8 oz, 10 oz) that doesn't make as good a kilt and is harder to work with for a beginner. You'd think that lighter and cheaper would be easier for a beginner, but it's actually not.
But this vendor always indicates clearly what the weight is, so it's not hard to tell.
