That phrase did not originate with XMTS.com. If you check your facts, as we did, XTMS.com refers to the issue in their discussion of use of forum name. A simple Google of the phrase will show that it is part of the vernacular -- while several specific forms of the phrase have been copyrighted, including XMTS.com, the general phrase itself appears to us to be public domain.
If there were to be a legitimate copyright holder, and that legal entity made itself known to us, we would certainly abide by whatever legal constraints were suggested.
P.S. Memory kicked in after this posting. At the time that I contacted XMTS.com forum owner about advertising, I specifically called his attention to that product and asked if there were any problem with it. He did not answer that question directly, but by accepting my advertising money and posting a link to my Web site I believe he provided the "no problem" answer.
