I am not aware of any ice-cream shops in Worthing, Trefor, apart from the afore-mentioned kiosks on the pier. The town is often described as Brighton's poor relation, but I do not go along with that. Worthing is a quieter, more sedate resort than is Brighton with all its brash and noisy so-called attractions. The trouble with Worthing is that most of its shops are a waste of time, but I like to wander around anyway - when it is much warmer than it is at present!
