I recently won an auction on ebay for a kilt made by Bobilicious (Bob Chalmers) an ebay kilt maker. I was having a browse after seeing the excellent review that Trefor put up about his Braveheart 16oz. I was impressed with the review and have always been after a dark coloured kilt, pleated to stripe. I've looked longingly at the WPG MOD kilts and really do like that style but I've always been put off by the exchange rate and the astro-postage from USA to UK. When I saw that there was an 8 yard, Johnstone Modern in 13oz wool available from Bob at such a snip price I just couldn't resist. It was an impulse buy and I did ask for it to be pleated to stripe. It really is a wonderful kilt.

Nice kilt I must say. Beautifully made, machine sewn and very good value. Great place to pick up an affordable wooly. Just type 'Gents full kilt' into the ebay search box and you'll find him.
I'll post some more pics of me wearing it when I get round to it...
