Here's my problem with the whole mess. I've worked in a dingy bar in Philly. I've NEVER seen a kilted patron. I HAVE seen patrons expose themselves. We also had an incident where a man grabbed a woman's hand and forced it inside his pants.

ALL patrons were wearing pants.
ALL patrons were wearing undergaments.
One patron unzippered his fly then removed his "product"
One went to the restroom and returned both pants and undergarments removed.
One failed to "return all goods to proper place" upon exiting the restroom.

With above information, should pubs now refuse addmittance to all men? Refuse to allow men to use the restroom? I agree with CDNSushi... where do we stop? And I can't tell you how many times I've seen a woman on a barstool with no undergaments on, with a skirt MUCH shorter than a kilt. Ironically, I got quite a show from a drunk football fan at a Kildare's once during an Eagles game.... We shouldnt' be singled out, because it can happen anywhere to anyone. If someone wants to expose themselves, they will. Kilt, no kilt, undergaments, no undergarments.. doesn't matter.

BTW- I have been to Japan and have been denied enterance to an establishment in Kobe because I was non-Japanese. Actually the girl giving out the ads by the door refused to even look at me. Very interesting experience.
