In my quest to "slow down the first turn" in the LWFD I seem to have hit on a mental trick which works. I think "throw it like you throw the Heavy weight".

Dang. I go slow, I don't cast so high, and I wind up in the power position at the end of the first turn. When I do this ALL of my throws are 42-43 feet with some pushing out to maybe 45, which is a big difference from 39-40 with a ffew out to 42...which is what I get when I DON'T "think" that.

Funny, but if it works, I ain't complaining.
