I've kilted for about a year now and yep, "lift and go" and "using the stall for modesty" is good advice and how I personally conduct "kinetic operations". No matter where you go kilted you WILL BE the focus of attention, and a stall just makes things more relaxed and averts "stage fright!" One time while in a pub here in Jacksonville, Florida, the only stall didn't have a door. So, I did a lift-and-go at the only urinal as a guy started to walk in. He sees me and immediately circles and leaves!!! It MUST'VE looked strange from behind , LOL!!!
