Bleach-like Stains on Saffron Kilt
Everyone: A friend recently took advantage of the close out sale on a SW Saffron Heavyweight Kilt, well aware of the possible defects. To date, my friend has solely worn a PV SK. So, this being his first wool kilt he loves how "beefy" the heavyweight wool is. And yes, Jerry has yet again managed to fold the space-time continuum to deliver Gary's (my friend) kilt to north Florida within 24 business hours of placing the order. Simply amazing.
The Issue: My friend, again acknowledging he purchased a close-out item, says the back of the kilt has what appears to be "bleach-like splashes and discolorations, some small and inconspicuous but a couple larger and obvious."
The Question: Has anyone encountered similar damage? Anyone recommend a "cover up" or remedy? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
