I lost about 15 when I quit drinking, then the sweet tooth (sugar craving) kicked in. So I'll try cutting out the refined sugars (bye-bye snickers), adding more veg and smaller but more frequent repasts. Up the H2O intake as well.

Coincidently, I was planning to up the yoga and add some more length to the dog walking, any way, so this gives me a reason to "make it so".ith:
