Haggis Purveyor for Burns Night?

I also recommend the Caledonian Kitchen, but there is also Lamb Etc. - their prices are a little better per pound, and they make good haggis.

Is the Haggis from Lamb Etc. in a can? Is a paunch a plastic bag? I would prefer not canned/tinned... Thanks for the leads.
