I just made my travel arrangements in regard to the annual International Medieval Congress in Kalamazoo MI. It's always a busy conference for me - the only time I ever get to meet up with certain colleagues and collaborators. However, I have no particular plans the night I get there (Wednesday 12 May, after 8 or 9pm) or, more importantly, on my final afternoon: the conference ends Sunday, 16 May at noon, and I only need to get my rental vehicle back to the airport in Grand Rapids around 5:30pm.
