That is pretty much the description of the "Kilt Police" in my experience! I've hardly ever met one that was wearing a kilt. They usually don't admit to never having worn one, they always tell me theirs is at home or something, like they didn't know they were coming to a Celtic event when they left the house today!
Other than the heat, that looked like a nice day. It's aways fun to share in your culture with like minded folks.
